The consultant must get enough knowledge of your business to be able to suggest effective solutions. But the next step is analysis and special planning for your business. At this stage, we identify the weak and strong points and with a detailed and practical planning, we go to the next stage, which is the implementation of the programs. This stage can be done by the business owner or it can be done by my executive team during the agreement that is formed at the beginning of the contract.​​​​​​​
